Major rehabilitation of The Little River Plaza, a Miami-Dade Housing Agency project. The work consisted of concrete restoration, paint and waterproofing, Electrical upgrades, replacement of the doors and windows. AARYA Construction complete this project while the building was fully occupied. The work was coordinated and managed with the goal of minimum interruptions to the residents.
